Market entry
A global Web3 playbook rarely transfers directly to the French-speaking market.
Distribution is fragmented across local communities, media, creators, events and ecosystem relationships. Messaging, partnerships and acquisition channels often need to be adapted to local expectations and trust dynamics.
I help Web3 companies build and execute a market-specific GTM strategy rather than simply translating an existing global playbook.
Expertise
Market positioning, ICP, launch strategy and local execution for France and Francophone Markets.
Identifying and activating the channels, communities, media and ecosystem relationships that can create local traction.
Building relationships with relevant Web3 companies, ecosystem players, media, creators and communities.
Building a local community strategy around the channels, content and formats that matter to French-speaking crypto audiences.
One senior owner. One local GTM. No fragmented agency stack.
Fit
Track record
I’ve been publicly active in crypto since 2017, building communities, audiences, products and distribution inside the French-speaking crypto ecosystem.
Through The Cryptomath, I built one of the first French-language crypto Telegram communities, launched in 2017. Today, the ecosystem includes a 30K+ audience on X, 14K+ Telegram subscribers and a crypto newsletter followed by 1,500+ subscribers, alongside audiences on other social platforms.
Earlier in the ICO era, I founded Stratlight, a digital marketing and community agency supporting crypto projects with social distribution and community building.
I later founded The Cryptomasks, a Web3 project combining digital collectibles, community and physical art.
This gives me experience on both sides of Web3 distribution: building audiences and products directly, and helping other crypto projects reach and engage their markets.
Fractional model
A fractional engagement is designed for Web3 companies that need senior ownership of a market without immediately hiring a full-time country lead.
Typical engagements run for 3–6 months.
Market analysis · Positioning · GTM · Distribution · Partnerships · Community · Local execution
The objective is not to deliver a strategy deck and disappear.
It is to understand the market, activate the right channels and relationships, test the GTM and build a repeatable local operating model.

FAQ
Web3 companies entering France typically need local expertise across go-to-market, distribution, partnerships and community. When a company is not ready to hire a full-time country lead, a senior fractional GTM operator can take ownership of the local strategy and execution.
A Fractional Web3 GTM Lead temporarily owns the go-to-market strategy and execution for a specific market. The role can include positioning, distribution, partnerships, community, localisation and market development while working directly with founders and leadership teams.
Not necessarily. Agencies can be effective for specialised execution or campaigns. A fractional GTM lead is more appropriate when a company needs one senior person to coordinate strategy, distribution, partnerships and community across the market.
Most engagements run for 3–6 months, depending on the company, product and market objectives. This provides enough time to understand the market, activate distribution and partnerships, test the GTM and establish a repeatable local operating model.
My primary focus is France and Francophone Markets, particularly for crypto-native and Web3 companies looking to establish local distribution, partnerships and community.
